Our overnight program for players 9-17 years old utilizing the identical format of competition, exposure and teaching as our traditional camps. We utilize our Phase 1-5 station curriculum in our Girls' Camps. Commuting Option is Available. Some of the best college and WNBA players utilized the Five-Star Girls' Camp to give them what they needed to prepare for the next level. To get a better understanding of the program - Click Here.
Instruction
The girls will go through 12 different stations - twice and two sets of offensive positional stations. In addition, at least one set of Station 13 (individualized skill development) is available daily.
Competition
The camp is divided into leagues, most sessions have two leagues; NCAA and WNBA. We will have a maximum of ten players on a team with each player playing a minimum of half of each game. We play competitive games with stop time quarters. Camp highlights; include our Playoffs, All-Star Games, No-Dribble and Situation Tournaments.
Exposure
A great many of our campers are recruited by college coaches and are seen at camp by coaches and scouting services.
